Dear Pelham Memorial High School Families,
On Wednesday, December 1 and Thursday, December 2, we will be holding our fall Parent-Teacher Conferences. This is an opportunity for parents and teachers to meet to discuss any issues of concern. Conferences will be held virtually over Google Meet and will take place from 5:30-8:30 p.m. on December 1 and from 8:15 a.m.-3:15 p.m. and 5:30-8:30 p.m. on December 2. To accommodate conferences, there will be no school for students on Thursday, December 2. Each conference will last for five minutes and will take place virtually over Google Meet. In order to allow enough time for all parents, please schedule sessions with teachers only when you have a concern or question regarding your child’s learning.
Parents can schedule conferences using the internet-based appointment booking system Pick-a-Time. You may start making appointments beginning at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, November 23 and up until 8 a.m. on Tuesday, November 30. Detailed instructions on how to make appointments using the online system are below. For security reasons, you will be asked for your child’s “Student ID#” and will then be prompted to supply a “Security Value.”

If you do not have access to the internet, you may call the High School office at 914-738-8110 x 1123 beginning on Tuesday, November 23 at 8 a.m. and we can assist you in making your appointments.
Prior to your scheduled session, you will receive a Google Meet link that will allow you to meet virtually with your child’s teacher. Due to the limited time available, it is important that you join the Meet precisely at the time your conference is scheduled to begin and that you finish at the time it is scheduled to end to avoid overlapping with another parent’s session. How to Make an Appointment Using The Internet Based System “PickATime”
Please type the following URL into your browser address window:
- Enter your email address* and click on “Login/Create Account”
- Fill in the required fields and register
- For each child, enter their student ID, their Security Value (which is their birthdate), and click on “Add”
*You do not need an email address to make appointments. You can use: email@example.com
You must enter your child’s Student ID# and Security Value exactly as it appears on Infinite Campus.
- Each colored square represents an available meeting time. The legend shows you what teacher corresponds to what color, and the times increase as you go down the page. (Note: you will not see all of the teachers, just your child’s set of teachers.) Click on a square to book that time.
- After you set when you want the reminder email to be delivered, click “Create Appointment.”
Repeat until you have a time with each teacher you’d like to meet.
At any time, you can click on “printable schedule” to get a hard copy of your schedule. If you want to make changes to your schedule, you can log in at any time with your email and password.
If you have more than one appointment, they will be hidden. Click on the blue circle to the left of your name at the top of the screen to show your appointments. There will be links to modify the time, or cancel the appointment.
